1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, accessing or using ChatSathi, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
ChatSathi is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Appropriate use
You agree not to use ChatSathi to:
- Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate or harm another person.
- Share unlawful, abusive, sexually exploitative, hateful or fraudulent content.
- Publish another person’s private information without permission.
- Send spam, malware, automated messages or attempt to interfere with the service.
- Use the platform for illegal transactions or activities.
4. User content and conversations
You retain responsibility for content you send or upload. You grant ChatSathi the limited permission required to store, transmit and display that content for operating the service. We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or enforcement of these terms.
5. Hosts and interactions
Hosts are users of the platform. ChatSathi does not guarantee compatibility, availability, conduct or outcomes from an interaction. Exercise good judgment and never share financial credentials, passwords or sensitive personal information in chat.
6. Coins, trials and premium access
Some features require coins, a paid trial or premium access. Prices and included benefits are displayed before payment. Coins and subscriptions are digital entitlements, have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts unless required by law.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by Cashfree or its supported payment partners. ChatSathi does not directly store complete card, bank or UPI credentials. You authorize the applicable charge when you confirm a purchase.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraud, payment abuse, safety risks, unlawful activity or conduct that materially harms ChatSathi or its users. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep ChatSathi available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be updated, limited or discontinued to improve safety, reliability or legal compliance.
10. Disclaimer and limitation
ChatSathi is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from user conduct, service interruption or reliance on conversations conducted through the platform.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
